Terms and Conditions (T&C) – GymMeet Pro

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using GymMeet Pro software, including any sites based on the GymMeet Pro software platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility
This platform is intended for use by adults (18+) who are parents, guardians, coaches, or staff of participating gymnastics organizations. By registering, you affirm that you are of legal age and authorized to provide information for any minor children you register.

3. User Accounts
- You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Unauthorized use of another user’s account is strictly prohibited.

4. Athlete Information
- You are legally authorized to provide the personal information of any minor athlete you register.
- You will not submit false or misleading information.

5. Use of the Platform
- Use the platform for lawful purposes only.
- Do not interfere with the operation of the site.
- Do not attempt to access restricted areas without permission.

6. Payments and Fees
All payments for meet registrations or related services are processed through the gym or meet host. GymMeet Pro does not process or hold funds directly unless explicitly disclosed.

7. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, and content associated with GymMeet Pro are owned by Gymnastics Technology Partners LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for violation of these terms or misuse of the system.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
This platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Limitation of Liability
Gymnastics Technology Partners LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

11. Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
